Michelle Obama is the latest person to join British comedian James Corden in his hilarious Carpool Karaoke game which films stars singing along to songs whilst in the car with Corden. The famous First Lady of the US is one of the most inspiring and friendly people in the spotlight, she is extremely relatable and is not afraid to muck around and have fun

James Corden has been doing Carpool Karaoke for a while now and has had a wide range of A-list celebs join him on the funny journey.

Just a few of the famous people who have joined Corden include: Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Hudson, Stevie Wonder, One Direction, Taylor Swift, Adele, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani and Elton John.

Michelle Obama give James Corden tour of grounds

Corden has just massively stepped up his game as he went to the White House last night to collect the First Lady for a spin in his car for a drive around the grounds, listening to music. The video teases clips of the two chatting and singing to Beyonce, showing Michelle Obama doing the famous ‘Single Ladies’ hand dance.

In the video James is stopped by a security guard who asks for a driving license and asks what he is there for, then Michelle Obama opens the car door and climbs in saying “Hey there, I hear you are here for a 1:45 tour, I have a little time on my hands so you wanna go for a spin?”. Michelle Obama starts off by pointing out the different places within the White House grounds, telling Corden what is where.

They then turn on the radio and start singing along to Stevie Wonder, who Michelle says is her favourite.

Michelle Obama admits that it has been a long time since she was able to just rock out to music in the passenger seat of a car. The second song that they rock out to is Beyonce’s Single Ladies, to which Michelle seems to know most of the words, as well as most of the dance moves, and she was not one to hold back on showing them off.

Michelle seems to thoroughly enjoy herself, they laugh along and Michelle says she is impressed with their joint skills, saying “We dropped the mic, we were making honey...making honey to put in our lemonade.”
