When Kabali reached the theaters on July 22, 2016, most of Rajinikanth's crazy fans had one question in mind,

Will this movie overpower the collection records of Salman Khan's 'Sulatan

And as expected, this multi-lingual flick has broken all the box-office records which prevail in the Indian film industry.

Within a day, this outing has collected 55-60 Crores, and by the end of 48 hours, it has reportedly grossed more than 100 Crore.

These figures have surpassed the total earnings created by the Ali Zafar directorial at the International box-office.

On the first day, the Sallu movie earned 36 crores, and on the second day, its income was Rs 36 cr.

When we analyze this result, it will be pretty clear that the South Indian Superstar is way ahead than the muscular hunk in terms of popularity and star influence.

Kabali reached more than 9.450 screens in all corners of the world simultaneously, and this is one reason behind this mammoth earnings.

In a recent talk, producer of this crime-thriller, Kalapuli Thanu told that Kabaali would emerge as the biggest hit in the career of the veteran actor.

He also added that the 65-year-old celebrity is the unquestionable mega hero in the Asian film industry, and his star power is something awesome in nature.

Overseas income of this Ranajith directorial is also quite aspiring.

If initial reports are true, then this film has fetched more than $2 million revenue from the United States alone.

Crazy audience response:

And it is undoubtedly a tremendous achievement by an Indian regional show. The financier also revealed that the money earned by his new flick in Malaysia is a record.

Trade experts believe that Rajanikant's dream run will continue this week too, and in all probabilities, and it will inevitably cross the elite 300 Crore mark in quick time.
