All the fall shows on the CW network have been given premiere dates. This includes the likes ofSupernatural,The Vampire Diaries andArrow. Even the new showsNo Tomorrow andFrequency have series premiere dates. The news comes just weeks after the lineup was given for the fall shows.

Showsget season premiere dates

The two longest-running shows will return in October 2016. There were speculations that it would happen in the second week of October, after New York Comic Con.

Supernatural Season 12 will premiere on Thursday, October 13. The following week will see The Vampire Diariesreturn for what could be its final season on the Friday night.

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend will air afterThe Vampire Diaries Season 8 at 9pm. It has been moved to a Friday night, to make way forSupergirl Season 2.

Will the DC shows return?

The CW will now see four shows on the network?ArrowandThe Flash were joined byLegends of Tomorrowfrom January, and will be joined bySupergirl Season 2 this season.

The show was acquired from CBS, after the network decided to drop it due to low ratings. It makes more sense for it to be on the same network as three other DC shows, which are all popular.

The shows will air Monday to Thursday at 8pm.The Flash andArrowkick off the fall 2016 programming on October 4 and 5 respectively.Legends of TomorrowSeason 2 will start beforeSupernatural on October 13, withSupergirl gracing the screens on Monday, October 10.

The new superhero show will not be followed by the season premiere ofJane the Virginthat week. That show isn't starting for another week on October 17.

What about the new shows?

There are two new shows to the network, both starting in the first week of October.No Tomorrow, the new comedy, will air straight afterThe Flash on Tuesday, October 4.Frequency, withSupernatural showrunner Jeremy Carver taking the reins, will air on the Wednesday night.

The Originals,The 100, Reign andiZombie will not return for the fall 2016 programming. They will come back in January 2017, with dates to be confirmed later.
