Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis have been fighting over their children for a while now, and it looks like Thomas has finally won. He hasn't been able to see his children recently, but now he is speaking out, and it turns out that Thomas was able to get custody of his children.

How did Thomas get custody?

On June 9, Thomas was able to end up getting custody of both of their children. All About the Tea got the chance to talk to Thomas and get details about what is going on. This all happened after Kathryn Dennis failed a drug test and Thomas passed his with flying colors. Marijuana and cocaine were both found in Kathryn's system.

Thomas Ravenel explained that he hadn't seen his kids for over 12 weeks when he got custody of them. He shared that he used to see them every other week for three days, then it changed to only two days, then not at all.

Does he have full custody?

It turns out that Thomas Ravenel doesn't have full custody of the kids, though. They came up with a joint custody agreement, so Kathryn has the kids some as well. He shared that for now he gets the kids for one week and then Kathryn Dennis gets them the next week. This is a temporary agreement until the judge makes a final decision, but Thomas seems happy with this decision. Now Thomas is seeing his kids way more than he was getting to before.

Now one thing that is going on is that Thomas agreed to allow Kathryn's parents to supervise her visitation with them.

Last fans knew Kathryn was living on her own, but she may have to move back home or at least stay there every other week when she has the kids. No drug or alcohol use is allowed, so Kathryn will have to keep her act together if she wants to see her kids.

Thomas did admit he was a bit nervous that Kensie would have a hard time after not being with him for so long, but shared that she was happy to see him. It sounds like things are going great for him with the kids.
