The Voice 2016 continues April 18 on NBC with the top 12 performance show. So what's on tap for Alisan Porter and the rest of the aspiring singers who are still alive in the hunt for the season 10 title? Whose picks could yield coveted iTunes vote multipliers by finishing in the top 10 on the top 200 chart tomorrow morning when voting closes? A pre-show update to the iTunes store provided song spoilers for all 12 of them.

The Voice 2016 top 12: Team Blake's picks

Country star Blake Shelton provided one of the biggest surprises of last week's results show when he opted to save Paxton Ingram despite a comparatively poor performance on the iTunes chart with "How Deep is Your Love." April 18 will see the three members of Team Blake perform the following:

  • Ingram, "Hands to Myself" (Selena Gomez)
  • Mary Sarah, "So Small" (Carrie Underwood)
  • Adam Wakefield, "Soulshine" (The Allman Brothers Band)

April 18 selections for Team Christina

The three surviving members of Christina Aguilera's squad will bring a variety of different sounds to America's collective ear.

One of them will even take on the distinctly risky  challenge of performing a song by one of the other The Voice 2016 mentors. The choices are:

  • Nick Hagelin, "Mine Would Be You" (Blake Shelton)
  • Bryan Bautista, "Kiss From a Rose" (Seal)
  • Alisan Porter, "Stone Cold" (Demi Lovato)

Team Pharrell turns back the clock

Pharrell Williams' strategy for the April 18 live show is to wow the audience with three older-school tunes, as the newest release on his set list came out in 1983. The picks include:

  • Hannah Huston, "Something's Got a Hold On Me" (Etta James)
  • Emily Keener, "Lilac Wine" (Jeff Buckley)
  • Daniel Passino, "Human Nature" (Michael Jackson)

What's up for Team Adam's trio?

Finally, Maroon5 frontman Adam Levine's choices for The Voice 2016 top 12 live show include a mix of songs new and older.
