He wants to be a part of his son's life despite no longer being together with mother Briana. They're not in a relationship, but Tomlinson seems to be eager to step into this next phase of his life.

"Although they're not romantically involved, Louis thinks Briana is a great woman and will be a fabulous mother," the insider said to the Daily Mail. Louis has been helping Briana financially and is prepared to get stuck in with all the tasks that caring for a baby demands, the source revealed.

How Tomlinson and Jungwirth met

Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth were first spotted last May in Los Angeles, after the breakup between the singer and his longtime girlfriend, Eleanor Calder. After dating Eleanor for four years, the One Direction singer didn't give too many explanation regarding the end of that relationship, but, a few weeks later, he was seen with Briana. "Just friends," they said, but in August, Louis announced he will become a father in the beginning of 2016.

Even though they didn't ultimately work as a couple, they remain friends and their priority is their baby, who should be delivered during this month.
