Inthe most recent cover story forCosmopolitan Magazine, Miranda Lambert is speaking out about life after divorcing Blake Shelton.

The country singer tells the magazine

‘’Marriage is a tough business, and we gave it our best college try,"

The couple first met on 2006 and on May 9, 2010, Shelton proposed to Lambert after receiving her father's blessing.

After they became engaged the two were quickly married on May 14, 2011, at the Don Strange Ranch inBoerne, Texas.

“I had a great relationship with an amazing man,” the 32-year-old says to Cosmopolitan magazine, “so I know what good is. I have a great launching pad for the future.

I will never take that for granted.”

After four years of marriage on July 20, 2015, Lambert and Shelton confirmed that they were divorcing.

As Miranda Lambert attempts to move on, she admitted it isn’t always easy, explaining, “Some of that might mean nights on my porch crying, drinking whiskey, and going, ‘Man, this sucks right now.’ ”

The divorce news are specially hard for Miranda because after only a few monthsBlake Shelton quicklymove on from the divorce with No Doubt frontwoman and fellow The Voice judge Gwen Stefani.

Apparently the news didn't sit well with Miranda.

A source toldHollywood Lifethat Miranda feels like “she doesn’t even know who [Shelton] is anymore.”

The news of Gwen and Blake first broke just as him andMiranda Lambert attended theCountry Music Association Awards in Nashville, Tennessee (their first solo awards show in years) where they were at the receiving ends of divorce jokes by hosting duo Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley.

“She doesn’t understand why they (Blake and Gwen) had to make things official that night,” the source said about the Country Music Awards. “It was so insensitive, she was with this guy for almost a decade and this is how he treats her.”

It isn't hard to believe that Miranda didn't take well the news, after all imagine your ex’ hooking up with a beautiful celebrity just months after the divorce news.

Although other sources are saying that Miranda wasn't surprise at all by the news and she doesn't hold a grudge against Blake and Gwen.

“She had her suspicions but didn’t really know it was a real thing until the announcement last night,” a source told Us Weekly on Thursday. “But she doesn’t care. She’s divorced and he can date who he wants.”

Overall Lambert has certainly established herself as one of the biggest female names in country music, in 2015 she kicked off the second leg of her massive “Certified Platinum” headlining tour with stops all over the U.S..

About her music career she tells Cosmopolitan

“I feel the sexiest when I’m in my element, which is playing music,” Lambertadmits. “It doesn’t really matter what I’m wearing necessarily or where I’m at, just on stage with my band playing music is sort of where I feel like I belong, and that makes me feel sexy.”

The big question is are you #TeamMiranda or #TeamGwen or maybe just think that the two female superstars can be friends? and have no drama between them.
