Kim Kardashian is concerned with the final phase of her pregnancy. As the socialite hit the 36-week marker, she revealed that she's been trying everything to avoid a Caesarian section and fears her upcoming high-risk delivery. With few chances of a natural birth, Kim and Kanye West have already chosen the most desired day for delivery, and North West could earn a baby brother as a Christmas gift.

According to some reports, if the baby doesn't choose his own birth date, the couple would like give birth on Dec.

25: Christmas Day. However, with the difficulties that Kim has faced, especially after having gained a lot of weight (and carrying a child who allegedly already weighs twice as much as North West weighed), childbirth is likely to happen sooner than later. According to doctors, from 36 weeks on, the baby can be born at any time

The baby is breech

The 35-year-old socialite admitted she's been very worried because her baby is breech, which means he is not in the right position to be born.

For this reason, natural birth is risky. Most babies assume the position for a vaginal birth by 32 weeks, but that did not happen with Kim. She's already prepared to have to undergo a cesarean section.

"Obviously, if it's an emergency and for the safety of my son, I will get a C-section - but if I don't need one, I'd rather not," Kim Kardashian revealed via her website last Tuesday.

The socialite is really worried and is trying methods to make her son turn head-down.

"I lay practically upside down three times a day for 15 minutes," she explained.

Baby boy still has no name

The baby is expected in December but Kim recently admitted that she and Kanye had not yet chosen a name. The baby will be the second child of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who are already parents of a two-year-old girl named North West. Easton was an early chance, but Kim revealed that Kanye did not like the name. They might have another month to pick the baby's name.
