Whoever thought going to the CMA that they would expect to see magnificent hosts Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley "stage up a comedy?"  Underwood and Paisley opened, showing their southern style as "Star Wars" cast Princess Leia Organa and Luke Skywalker. And coming on stage in a Star Wars costume is cast member from "Star Trek," William Shatner. In additional to this on the stage, Paisley mocked Miley Cyrus wardrobe malfunction pulling his pants down and taking a selfie, while Underwood staged a shocked expression -- and included presenter Steve Martin who joined in the act.

Did these hosts launched a new career in comedy? Wonder if any producers are scouting Paisley and Underwood for a comedy role. Maybe a show about a "down to earth" southern family.
