Historically, some of the show's most tear-jerking back stories and numbers arose during this night of competition, including DWTS season 20 Mirrorball trophy winner Rumer Willis' struggle with bullying and subsequent journey to self-love and acceptance.

Although few of the season 21 celebs have shared their plans for the Oct. 5 show, some have hinted that surprises will be in store for fans. Pennacchio shared that Deen, who fell out of favor with many fans and business associates after allegations of racism surfaced in recent years, would be getting "VERY" personal during her planned cha cha cha with Van Amstel.
