'Switchmas' – Christmas movies 2016

“Switchmas” is one of the best Christmas movies for kids. The director of this Hollywood flick is Sue Corcoran. It tells the story of a young boy. He is Christmas-obsessed. He wants to make this event exceptional. In his dreams, he remains busy in trading airline tickets. Then, this guy plans to visit another world. Here the leading roles have been played by Elliott Gould, and David DeLuise.


Most of the scenes were shot in Leavenworth, Washington. The movie premiered at 2012’s Seattle International Film Festival. Elijah Nelson, Justin Howell, Cynthia Geary, and Angela DiMarco played the supporting characters.

'Saving Christmas' – list of films set around Christmas

“Saving Christmas” is one of the best classic Christmas movies. Its director is Darren Doane. Doane and Cheston Hervey have written the story.

This film stars Kirk Cameron, Doane, Bridgette Ridenour, David Shannon, Raphi Henly, and Ben Kientz. It was released under the banner of “Samuel Goldwyn Films in November 2014. The movie is about a boy, Kirk. He loves everything about winters. He prepares to make his holidays special and unforgettable. It is one of the most fantastic romantic Christmas movies. The movie received nominations in six categories for the 35th Golden Raspberry Awards.

On Rotten Tomatoes, this flick received positive responses. On Metacritic, it received satisfactory comments from the critics. This movie became one of the highest rated films on the Internet Movie Database's bottom 100 list a few months after its release.
