If you are an African-American, then for a moment, if you can, try to dodge the bullets whizzing past your noggin and get a fellow black to hold your place in the unemployment line, because #Donald Trump is rolling out a 1930s-ish recovery and reform movement that is targeting the revival of urban areas, where evidently most of “the blacks” – as Donald likes to say – are living in wretched poverty while concurrently spending a healthy portion of their day trying not to get shot.

Black America is going to get a 'New Deal'

Speaking in North Carolina this week, Trump delivered a policy-focused message to minorities, calling it “a new deal for #Black America.” Hey, as Trump infamously said back in August to undecided African-American voters: “What the hell do you have to lose?”

The specs behind this new deal? Trump says it’s “grounded in three promises: safe communities, great education and high-paying jobs.” Specifically, he plans to create tax holidays in major cities, reach out to foreign investors to drop money in the most blighted areas of US cities, and introduce some sort of new “federal disaster designation” that would allow impoverished areas to receive federal funding.

“I will further empower cities and states to seek a federal disaster designation for blighted communities,” Trump said Wednesday, adding that he will also spearhead “the demolition of abandoned properties” and see to an “increased presence of law enforcement so we have safety in our community.”

To Trump, the average black is lazy and poor

Sounds wonderful, and of course, is providing crucial resurgence to the miserable, desolate picture Trump painted of the black community. To him, the average black person is poor, uneducated and at some point during the day is being shot at. “You live in your poverty, your schools are no good, you have no jobs, 58 percent of your youth is unemployed,” he preached at a rally in Michigan on August 20. “Right now, you walk down the street, you get shot.”

Trump dropped the bar so low, he needed a policy plan to deal with it

But the reality of it is Trump is solely responsible for pulling out the gray watercolors and envisaging a landscape of affliction and blight.

He was way off on his stats, as per usual. The 58 percent unemployment number is a gross overage; currently the Bureau of Labor Statistics has blacks, ages 16 to 19, at a 27 percent unemployment rate (which, by the way, is also close to what white youths are at). In Trump’s skewed stat, he was stupidly using the number of blacks that are jobless, but not even looking or needing a job (i.e. students, those living at home, etc.).

The same Trump who...

So this Trump, with his new black deal, this is the same Trump that was sued by the Justice Department in the 1970s for refusing to allow black tenants in his NYC apartment buildings, the same Trump that took out a full-page ad in a handful of NYC newspapers in 1989 to demand that five (later proved innocent) black teens be subjected to the death penalty, the same Trump that said in 1991 that “laziness is a trait in blacks,” the same Trump who could barely bring himself to disavow the support from white supremacist leader David Duke, the same Trump who tweeted that we “won’t see another black president for generations” because of Obama.

Then again, he is under the control of Satan, according to this pastor.

So here is your deal, Black America. What do you have to lose? #Election 2016
