Kylie Jenner launched the Koko Kollection, co-created with big sis Khloe Kardashian and equipped with three matte lippies and a lip gloss for a shiny finish, on November 9 in the afternoon. The collaboration, which was planned to be sold only for a certain amount of days, was a first for 19-year-old Kylie. The young model told her Snapchat followers that the cosmetic collection is one of her favorites and that Khloe was a good business partner.

Shockingly, the collection sold out within six minutes. When Khloe, 32, became aware of the news, she eagerly took to Instagram and asked followers if they would like another Kylie-Khloe project.

The Koko lip kit

The four gorgeous gold tubes stick to one family of hues with names that give them a little Kardashian-inspired personality. One of the liquid matte colors is named Okurrr, a term frequently used by Khloe, is a bold pop of pink.

Gorg, a very deep red, goes perfectly with those cute dressy outfits set aside for holiday gatherings while the nude hue ‘Khlo$’ seems to be a base for ‘Damn Gina,' the sparkling light pink lip gloss in the collection. As a family-oriented individual, Kylie has even named previous lip kits of liquid lipsticks and matching lip liners after Kardashian clan members such as her purple-colored lip kit ‘Kourt K,' which was named after her sister Kourtney Kardashian.

Unlike a typical Kylie collection of lipsticks costing $66, the Koko collection was sold at an affordable price of $40. The Koko collection came behind Kylie’s birthday makeup package she called The Bundle, a makeup bag of eye and lip products available from August 1 until August 10, the day Kylie turned 19. The Bundle did not only offer six matte lipsticks and a lip gloss but also two crème eyeshadows in gold and rose gold, a dark brown eye liner pencil, known as Kyliner, plus its gel form.

And before the birthday collection made its debut, Kylie’s must-have Kyshadow palette of eight hues that Kylie had begun to use faithfully sold out within one minute of its release in July.

Aside from Kylie’s achievements, Khloe agreed to another collaboration for a new brand of denim for women called Good American, which launched last month. The jeans are designed to look flattering on all body types.
