Trump reacts to news that Clinton will not be charged in email scandal

Tuesday, the presumptive nominee for President, Donald Trump, voice his outrage over the announcement from FBI Director James Comey that charges would not be filed against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over the email scandal that has plagued her campaign. Comey did say that the presumptive Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton, was "extremely careless" and “sloppy” in the administration of her emails. Trump tweeted immediately following Comey’s statement that, “The system is rigged. General Petraeus got in trouble for far less.

Very, very unfair! As usual, bad judgment.” He also tweeted, “FBI director said Crooked Hillary compromised our national security. No charges. Wow! #RiggedSystem.”

Trump:Clinton maybe being blackmailed

Trump continued his remarks regarding the FBI handling of the Clinton case in a campaign stop in North Carolina reciting some of what the FBI found in their investigation. For instance, Comey had stated that the way Clinton stored her emails that they easily could have been “hacked” by foreign nations hostile to the United States. Trump said of that possibility, “Our enemies may have a blackmail file on crooked Hillary, and this alone means that she should not be allowed to serve as president.”

Bribery could be why Clinton wasn't charged

Trump continued to hammer Clinton on the theme that the FBI case against Clinton was rigged, Trump said of Attorney General Loretta Lynch that she was “bribed” to not press charges against Clinton because Clinton will keep her on as Attorney General if elected.

Trump said, ““That’s like a bribe, isn’t it?” Continuing he said, ““It’s a disgrace. She is laughing at the stupidity of our system.”

Conspiracy involving the President

Trump also attacked President Obama in his address to supporters who came out for his campaign stop. Trump brought up the campaign stop that the President and Clinton held jointly earlier in the day also in North Carolina.

Trump asked the question many voters asked themselves. Who is paying for the use of Air Force One when the President makes campaign stops for Clinton? Trump also said of President Obama that he too was involved in the conspiracy in the FBI’s decision not to charge Clinton. Trump said that President Obama wouldn’t have been able to campaign with Clinton if the FBI chose to charge her.

Trump said that President knew in advance what the FBI was going to announce. Trump said, “so they take a pass, hey announce they’re not going to press charges, lo and behold, a few hours later, let’s have a press conference, let’s do a speech together.”

Stupidity is not an excuse

In closing, Trump reasoned that stupidity in the handling of Clinton’s emails should not have been an excuse not to charge the former Secretary of State. Trump said, “Stupidity is not a reason that you’re going to be innocent, and I don’t happen to believe it was stupidity.” Trump also warned these supporters that if elected, Clinton will give the United States 8 more years of President Obama’s policies. Trump told the crowd, “The last thing we need is an Obama-Clinton in the White House.”
