Raglan Road, the popular Irish pub located in the Disney Springs entertainment district at Walt Disney World, is gearing up for its 5th annual Great Irish Hooley, The massive celebration kicks off on September 2, 2016, and runs through Labor Day. As always, the Great Irish Hooley will feature the restaurants authentic Irish dishes, overseen by celebrity chef Kevin Dundon, with a selection of cocktails and craft beers to wash it all down. In addition to the usual Irish music and dancing, the pub will introduce a brand new 90 minute show, 'The Rivers of Raglan,' developed in Ireland to take the Hooley to a new level.

Authentic Irish Bands come to Raglan Road

The Great Irish Hooley at Raglan Road features entertainment both indoors and out, with house band The Raglan Roots Coalition and imports like The Screaming Orphans, Flat Out, Swingin' on the Gate, Cooney & Ryan, The High Road, The Marianne Fraser Band, and Jake Richardson, all of whom bring an authentic taste of the Emerald Isle to Walt Disney World. The Raglan Road Irish Dancers also show off their talent on the stage, and don't be surprised if you see tap dancing on the table, too.

This family friendly event offers Celtic face painting for the kids, starting on Saturday, and a chance to try out their own Irish dance moves (brave adults are welcome to try, too).

The full entertainment schedule for the Great Irish Hooley at Raglan Road will be posted on the pub's website as the event date gets closer. The new Rhythms of Raglan show is already set to debut on September 2 at 4 p.m.

Raglan Road is open daily for lunch and dinner year 'round at Disney Springs and accepts reservations. Usual lunch hours are 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., while dinner starts at 3 p.m. and runs through 11 p.m., with a bar menu available in the wee hours. Sunday brunch runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. each weekend.
