Marcia De Wolf is an expert on children and education. Marcia was born in The Netherlands and graduated from the University of Nijmegen with a Master’s Degree in International Business Communications. She also attended the University of Lyon in France and is fluent in English, Dutch and French while understanding Spanish and German.
