Carlos Quiroga attended New England Law Boston. During this time Carlos served as a student attorney with Boston's Department of Children and Families. With a focus on Child, and Family Law he completed his Juris Doctorate, and returned to his hometown in MI. Upon returning Carlos has worked as an advocate for survivors of sexual assault. He has also served on the St. Clair County's Domestic Violence Council, and chaired SC4's Green Team.
