The bullpen isn't just blowing leads

Yes, three of the Cubs' five losses this season have come because the bullpen blew a lead. But that's not the whole story. They bullpen hasn't been great even when the game is just close. On Monday, the Cubs lost 8-0 to the Braves. Randy Rosario allowed a run in just one inning of work. Last night, the pen allowed six runs in four innings. It's not a matter of being clutch, or choking. It's about not being very good at all. That's a real problem.
