Mi 5X has been recently launched by the Xiaomi. As far as nokia 8 is concerned, the device is yet to be released. As per reports, Nokia’s smartphone might be released on August 16. The said device will be Nokia’s entry to the high-end smartphone.

According to India Today, The excitement for Xiaomi Mi 5X is clearly visible since the registration for the first sale of the phone crossed over 200,000 in just 24 hours. Xiaomi's Mi 5X features a dual rear camera, a fingerprint scanner at the rear end, and run on MIUI 9, the latest version of Xiaomi's custom Android ROM.

The phone also sports the 5.5 inches full HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels and will have a Snapdragon 625 SoC. On processing front, the phone has a 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory which can then be expandable up to 128GB. It is available in three color variants - Black, Gold and Rose Gold.

The design of the phone is heavily inspired by Apple's iPhone7. Xiaomi is known to take an inspiration from Apple in terms of design and its upcoming phone is similar to Apple's iPhone 7.

Nokia 8, specs, features and design

The upcoming Nokia 8 smartphone is expected to feature a metal-built clubbed with regular-sized bezels and an aluminum uni-body design. In terms of dimensions, the device will measure 15.155 x 73.7mm and will probably be a size smaller than the company’s 6 smartphones.

The Device is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 system-on-chip, and further, be packed with a decent 3,800mAh battery. On the storage front, the smartphone will probably pack up 4GB of RAM alongside 64GB of internal storage. The firm is also expected to introduce a 6GB and 8GB storage variant under this smartphone banner.

Users will also apparently be given the option of expanding the memory up to 128GB if they’d like. On the display front, the smartphone will feature a 5.3-inch front panel with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution and an added layer of 2.5D glass. The device will come equipped with a fingerprint scanner in the physical home button on the front side.

The smartphone is speculated to run on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS.

The upcoming Nokia 8 device is expected to sport a dual rear camera setup with two 13-megapixels rear shooters, powered by Carl Zeiss camera technology, which will further be accompanied by a dual-LED flash along with an 8-megapixel front snapper as well. It might cost around $700 in the US.
