Gone are the days of waiting, as the LG X Venture’s Unlocked version is finally available for purchase on the e-commerce platform, Amazon at a starting price of $279. The latest introduction comes at a discounted price of at least $100 cheaper, as the original version was launched at a base price of $349.99. LG first took the wraps off the LG X Venture smartphone sometime earlier this year in May, and at that time, it was only exclusively available through US Carrier AT&T’s official website. Now, that the smartphone is also available on Amazon, there are a lot of other details that have been taken care of in terms of the conditions one might have to adhere to, if they purchased it exclusively from AT&T.

The special part about the unlocked version of LG’s X Venture smartphone is that it comes with the support for both, GSM and CDMA networks. This is ideally the perfect solution for those looking to switch networks every once in a while.

A mid-range category smartphone

The LG X Venture smartphone falls in the mid-range category, primarily aimed towards the basic users with regular requirements. According to the company, the smartphone is highly-durable by nature, and comes with a quality design targeted to suit the use of an everyday smartphone user. In terms of durability, it seems like the smartphone comes safeguarded against all the possible mishaps, be it shocks, drops, or even water or dust disturbances.

Thanks to the smartphone’s IP68 certification – which is undoubtedly the primary highlight of the device – the LG X Venture remains water and dust resistant.
