A tough competition is going on in the market relating to the feature loaded Smartphones. On one hand is LG G6 and on the other is Galaxy S8. Both of the smartphones have a stunning design and are likely to face a tough competition in the market. With the launch of LG G6, Galaxy S8 got a supreme competition. The said flagship devices are the leader in top-end Android smartphone market.

Galaxy S8's infinity display

LG G6 is available in two color variants, Astro Black and Ice Platinum. This smartphone has a metal body and has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with the LG UX 6.0 skin atop. The Samsung flagship was launched at the end of the March. The S8 is undoubtedly one of the sleekest phones. It comes in 3 variants, Midnight Black, Orchid Gray and Arctic Silver. The flagship has featured the infinity display, which is the new concept.

Both the flagships are powerful

In terms of storage, LG G6 is available in 32GB and 64GB internal storage options, but LG has only brought the 64GB storage variant to India. On the other hand, According to Gadget360, Samsung's phone has 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage option. Moreover, it offers the Snapdragon 835 and 4GB of RAM.

On the camera front, LG G6 sports a dual-camera setup on the back with two 13-megapixel sensors.

The front camera is 5-megapixel, with a wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture and 100-degree lens. While Samsung Galaxy S8 features a 12-MP dual-pixel camera and a stunning 8-MP front-facing camera, reports Mirror. Analysts believe the S8's camera is better than G6's.

The fingerprint sensor of the S8 is placed adjacent to the camera lens, however, that of LG is placed centrally, a little south of the twin cameras.

LG's flagship has a 5.7-inch display, while Galaxy S8 has a screen of 5.8 inches. The battery of LG G6 is 3200mAh and that of Samsung smartphone is 3000mAh. The Galaxy S8 is also slightly thinner, though the G6 is a bit heavier.

As far as the price is concerned, G6 costs around $699 whereas the Samsung's S8 was launched in India starting at $720.

Overall both the phones are beasts in terms of specs and features. Samsung is also launching the Galaxy Note 8 on August 23rd which could also be a good choice for the customers. The customers can choose Galaxy S8 for its stunning design while LG G6 has its own cons. So far, Samsung's device has done better business in the market so far.
