Samsung is certainly on a roll. The South-Korean technology giant has been on a launching-spree ever since the beginning of 2017. The company began its year by introducing the high-end Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus smartphones. Following which, the device-manufacturer took to the stage and unveiled its mid-range Galaxy J7 and J7 Pro smartphones.

The device at the time of the launch was only available in developing markets such as India and US market. Interested buyers can purchase the recently-introduced smartphones on the e-commerce platform, Amazon. There is one drawback, though.

The US variant of the Galaxy J7 and J7 Pro does not come with a warranty. Moreover, the devices are only compatible with GSM carriers.

Octa-Core Exynos 7870 and much more

As for the specifications, let’s talk about the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro for now. The smartphone features a 5.5-inch AMOLED full-HD display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Moreover, the smartphone is powered by an in-house octa-core Exynos 7870 system-on-chip as well. On the storage front, the smartphone offers 3GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage.

Users also have the option of expanding the smartphone’s memory if they’d like. On the camera front, the Galaxy J7 Pro smartphone packs a 13-megapixel rear camera that comes accompanied with a LED flash as well along with a 13-megapixel front snapper as well.

The smartphone houses a 3,600mAh battery and runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. The device also comes along with a fingerprint scanner, located on the back side of the device. Many other features come packed in the smartphone such as Samsung Pay, an abundance of connectivity facilities and others to name a few.

Price of the smartphone plus availability

As for the pricing, the Galaxy J7 Pro smartphone is currently available on Amazon for a starting price of $319.99. The company has introduced four color options with the J7 Pro smartphone namely, Black, Gold, Blue, and Pink. The company is soon expected to introduce its other high-end smartphone called Galaxy Note 8 on August 23rd.

However, details regarding the same remain meek at the moment. More information is expected from the side of the company as and when the date approaches closer.
