Chinese technology giant OnePlus officially took the wraps off its flagship smartphone, OnePlus 5 earlier this year. The company has undoubtedly managed to steal the show with the device’s high-end specifications, especially at the amazing price that the smartphone comes at. During the time of the launch, the flagship device was made available in over three color variants, one of them being Midnight Black. However, this particular color variant became so popular that it quickly went out of stock. The company hadn’t provided any details regarding the smartphone in The Midnight Black color variant will be made available for sale anytime soon or not.

However, it now appears like the smartphone is back in stock.

The OnePlus 5 ‘Midnight Black’ color variant is reportedly back in stock. The smartphone has been spotted on OnePlus’ official website as well. The smartphone can be seen as carrying 8GB of RAM along with 128GB of internal storage as well. However, the listing spotted on OnePlus’ official website suggests that the smartphone is available for a limited Period Of Time only. According to another report published by Android Headlines, BBK Electronics-owned Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) also recently confirmed in a statement, suggesting that the smartphone in its full-fledged ‘Midnight Black’ color variant will only be available for a limited period of time.

More than million units sold

If further reports are believed to be true, then the smartphone has already been sold-off over a million times. Following which, the smartphone soon went out of stock as well. The extent to the popularity of the smartphone was such as the device ended up being recognized as being one of the best-selling devices from the side of OnePlus 5.

This isn’t the first time that the company has managed to not meet its fans' demands. As can be observed from its behavior in the past, OnePlus has been failing to meet the demands of the consumers since the very beginning of its inception in 2013.

As far as the specifications of the OnePlus 5 smartphone are concerned, the device comes packed with a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution.

The smartphone is further powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 system-on-chip as well. The smartphone further packs a dual rear camera set-up as well with a 16MP and 20MP sensors. The smartphone is further accompanied by a 16MP front snapper as well.
