The Telus-backed Alcatel has officially added to its great line-up of tablets. The latest innovation dubbed the ‘Alcatel A30’ has officially been introduced to the market at a base price of $180.

As for the specifications of the latest tab, the Alcatel A30 features an 8-inch display along with 1,280 x 800 pixels resolution. The tablet is further powered by a quad-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 210 processor. On the storage front, the device offers 2GB of RAM along with 16GB of internal storage. Users also have the option of expanding the storage by up to 128GB via its microSD card-slot option.
Furthermore, the tablet houses a large 4,000mAh battery as well. According to the company, the Alcatel A30 tablet can last for an entire day on full charge.

Apart from this, Alcatel A30 carries a special, exclusive feature wherein the tablet is fully compatible with Telus’ 4G LTE network connection.
