It lacks still some time to the presentation of Samsung Galaxy S8 but online there are already a lot of information. Awaiting the presentation of the device in March, the reporter Evan Blass has diffused the Galaxy's specs thanks to some pictures of a Twitter user. Indeed, online there are five images that show Samsung Galaxy S8 and Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus.

Galaxy S8 specifications: screen size is huge

Along with LG G6, the S8 is one of the most awaited smartphones of 2017. Taking a look the technical data sheet, the device along with the Plus version will surely be a beast.

As confirmed by Sam Mobile, the screen size is truly exceptional for both versions. Galaxy S8 mounts a QHD 5.8'' display, while Galaxy S8 Plus mounts a 6.2'' screen. This is a very surprise because those displays have been used only a few times in the past.

The smartphones have in any case “all-screen” design, with small bezels and curved edges as in other images and leaks. The home button is abandoned because the widespread online images clearly show a virtual button. The image of specifications doesn't show the battery capacity, but surely it will not be less than 3,000mah. The device will also feature wireless charging, Samsung Pay, and an iris scanner.

The S8 is a beast but with only 4 GB of RAM

S8 and S8 Plus will have surely a 4 GB RAM, but in some markets, Samsung could present an advanced version with a 6 GB RAM. Other features of devices are an IP68 certification with water resistance, a camera of 12 megapixels, 8 megapixels front camera and an internal memory of 64 GB expandable.

For the US versions, Samsung should use a Qualcomm processor, presumably the chipset Snapdragon 835, with Exynos processors mounted on versions for the rest of the world.

Samsung is expected to present the S8 and S8 Plus no later than the month of March 2017. Meanwhile, there could be a preview now at the next MWC with a press conference already scheduled for Sunday. As was done in previous years, however, Samsung will organize a different event for the presentation of his top of the range.
