Golden State Warriors' star point guard, Steph Curry, is expected to miss about two weeks after suffering a sprained ankle earlier in the week.

Not having Curry on the floor, will certainly hurt the Warriors because of how deadly he is at hitting three-point shots from beyond the arc.

Despite Curry's injury, he's very confident that his team will figure out how to play well without him and win the rest of their games this season.

An Instagram account, entitled "warriorstalk," posted a photo of the Warriors final 12 games of the month of December as well as the rest of 2017 and asked their audience to predict how many games they think Golden State will win.

Well, showing the confidence every basketball superstar should have, Curry responded, "12." NBA Retweet posted a screenshot on Twitter. Check it out below.

Warriors took care of business in first game without Curry

The Warriors didn't have a problem defeating the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday night without Curry. They won by a score of 101-87 behind Kevin Durant's triple-double as he scored 35 points and added 11 rebounds and 10 assists. Klay Thompson also helped with 22 points, four rebounds, and three assists.

Even with the Warriors not having Curry, they still have another NBA great in Durant.

As well as the deepest roster in the NBA, with guys like Andre Iguodala, Nick Young, Shaun Livingston, and JaVale McGee, who just re-signed this past summer.

Not to mention that starters like Thompson and Draymond Green can also pick up some of the slack left behind with Curry being out.

The Warriors schedule isn't that tough

What I get from looking at the Warriors' upcoming schedule, is that they'll have to face off against a tough Detroit Pistons team that's surprised everyone this season.

Then they play the Portland Trail Blazers, who are a playoff contender in the Western Conference.

The only game that I believe the Warriors could lose, is their Christmas day match-up with LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, who have now won 13 straight games after struggling during the course of the first month of the season.

The Cavs game will be interesting given the fact that the Warriors owner called them out this past May. This is now a legit NBA rivalry.

While I love Curry's confidence, hopefully, the Warriors will stay focused and not forget that they won't win games by just showing up. They'll have to give 100 percent against opposing teams gunning for them as the defending NBA Champions.

Comment below and tell us whether you think Curry is right. Will the Warriors win their final 12 games of the year and beat teams like the Pistons, Blazers, and Cavs?
