LeBron James is one of the best players to ever play in the NBA and his durability is one of the reasons why he still plays at a high level. Even though he is 32 and in his 15th season in the league, LeBron is still the best player in the world and he hasn't shown any signs of slowing down. There is no doubt that the Cleveland Cavaliers are lucky to have him, but they will have to preserve him in order to have a shot at winning another championship.

James suffered an ankle injury during the Training Camp and he had to sit out for a few days until he got better.

Not risking anything, the Cavaliers kept their superstar sidelined during the preseason as he appeared in only one game. It appears that James is fine now and he's having another amazing season. However, the ankle injury was very frustrating for him and the small forward says it was a setback.

LeBron James did not like the training camp

James' ankle kept him out of team practices and preseason games, so he could not prepare with his team for the regular season. Cleveland Cavaliers have made many changes over the last few months, yet LeBron couldn't step on the court and play with his new teammates.

"This was probably the worst training camp for me in my career because of the injury," the four-time MVP said.

"I didn't get an opportunity to do the things that I like to do and with the summer that I had, I kind of had a setback."

The Cavaliers superstar said that training camp has always been his favorite part of the season. James loves to get back on the floor and get the team going, but this year, things were much different as he couldn't do it all with his team.

"For me to be in and out and much more out that in and to be able to implement what I do, especially with [eight] new guys, that kind of hurt," said LeBron.

While many NBA fans don't consider training camps important, these comments by James show that they are significant. After all, that is when NBA teams prepare for a new season, and missing a chance to play with new teammates could be costly.

Cavaliers are in a bad position

It seems that LeBron's injury affected the entire team as the Cavaliers are 3-4 so far in the season. Cleveland's defense is horrible and their offense leaves much to be desired. With only seven games into the season, it's too early to say why things aren't going well for the reigning Eastern Conference champions. However, it may have to do something with James and injury.

The Cavaliers will host the Indiana Pacers on November 1 and they are hoping to bounce back after three straight losses. The Pacers can be a tough opponent, but the home court should help Cleveland win the game and regain their confidence.
