Pelicans to trade Davis and Cousins?
The New Orleans Pelicans have two key players on their team, DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis. The chances are that the Pelicans will try to retain these two stars. However, if things do not go well they might consider other options. New Orleans have an upper hand with Davis and Cousins being on their team. On the flip side, giving away DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis will clear some of their cap space.
At the end of the day, it all depends on the Pelicans performance as a whole. If the Pelicans plan on trading both players together they would land a good deal and some future draft picks. On the other hand, there is no doubt that many teams would want to try to acquire the Pelicans stars.
Jahlil Okafor, Marc Gasol, DeAndre Jordan involved in trade rumors
Given the present situation, things do not seem to be going well with the Philadelphia 76ers and Jahlil Okafor. Being the previous overall pick at third place, Okafor is still stuck as the odd man out with the Sixers. Considering other players like Joel Embiid on the team, his progress with Philadelphia is still a big question.
The Metro reports that the Los Angeles Clippers might keep DeAndre Jordan on the trading block for a few reasons. Jordan could get a max contract in the future and injury-woes could become a factor. In that case, the Clippers will surely have a plan for their center player.
Marc Gasol has been mentioned in trade rumors for a long time along with Gordan Hayward.
The Spanish basketball player has settled with the Memphis Grizzlies, but there might be chances for him to be on his way.
