The latest WWE "Raw" results for the Monday, August 7, 2017, episode came from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. The show featured plenty of big storylines and several important matchups. Among the superstars appearing on this second-to-last episode before WWE "SummerSlam" were Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman, Seth Rollins, Sasha Banks, Bayley, and "The Beast" Brock Lesnar. Here are all of the latest results and highlights from Monday's WWE "Raw" episode.

Brock Lesnar appears

The opening segment saw WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman appear as guests on The Miz's MizTV.

As with most interviews, Miz made taunting remarks towards his guest, suggesting that Lesnar seemed at a serious disadvantage heading into "SummerSlam." Miz talked up Brock's opponents and said if he were a betting man he'd bet against Brock leaving the PPV as champion.

Paul Heyman talked about role play and how Miz was like Reigns and his Miztourage guys were like Braun Strowman and Samoa Joe. The segment erupted into chaos as Lesnar took out Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel before putting both of them and The Miz down with his F5 finisher to close things out.

Match results

"Raw" GM Kurt Angle originally booked his son Jason Jordan to take on Curtis Axel but due to Axel getting destroyed by Brock it meant Angle needed a replacement.

He found a "jobber" backstage who took on Jordan in the ring. Jason Jordan won the match in just over a minute.

Seth Rollins took on one-half of the tag team champions, Sheamus. "The Celtic Warrior" got the win and after the match, he and Cesaro gave Rollins a beatdown. They looked towards the ramp and stage for a Dean Ambrose appearance, but "The Lunatic Fringe" was nowhere to be found.

Later on backstage, Rollins confronted Ambrose about not helping him and Ambrose said he's not going to be burned by Rollins like before. He told him he'd handle Cesaro on his own later.

There were two women's triple threat matches on "Raw." In one of the matches, Sasha Banks defeated Emma and Alicia Fox. The close saw Sasha able to counter a pinfall attempt by Emma into the Bank Statement to make Emma tap out.

In the other match, Nia Jax defeated Mickie James and Dana Brook. Next week, Sasha takes on Nia with the winner going to "SummerSlam" to face Alexa Bliss for her title.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson defeated Big Show and Enzo Amore in a tag team bout. Late in the match, Anderson hit a big boot on Enzo to get the pinfall. After the match, Big Cass came to the ring to attack Show. Enzo dove out of the ring onto Cass who ended up throwing him into the barricade. From there, he tossed Enzo into the ring but Enzo rolled out the other side.

As Cass chased him, Big Show blasted Cass with the knockout punch.

Dean Ambrose defeated Cesaro with a rollup pinfall. He got attacked post-match by Cesaro and Sheamus. Rollins rushed down to clear the ring of the two attackers. After the chaos, Ambrose finally put out his fist for a bump from Rollins who denied him on it.

Akira Tozawa won a match against Ariya Daivari after hitting a suplex and then the top rope senton for the pinfall. Also in a backstage segment, Big Cass demanded a match against Big Show at "SummerSlam" but told Kurt Angle he wanted Enzo banned from ringside. Angle booked it as Enzo being locked in a shark cage for the match.

Main event match

In the main event match, it was arch-rivals Braun Strowman and Roman Reigns in a "Last Man Standing" Match.

The two men battled back and forth past the 20-minute mark. Late in the match, Reigns tried for a Spear but Strowman got his boot up and knocked Reigns down. Strowman headed back to the ringside area but Reigns ran down the ramp and speared him.

Out of nowhere, Samoa Joe showed up and put a Coquina Clutch on Reigns near the ringside area. Braun Strowman was still down at the time. The ref started to count both Reigns and Strowman down at the same time but Braun was able to get back to his feet with Reigns still down from the submission hold.

That closed out the latest episode of WWE "Raw" with just one more installment before "SummerSlam 2017." WWE fans, what did you think of the latest show results?
