As for Zach Randolph, it is said that he will be joining the Kings with a two-year contract for $24 million.
According to Bleacher Report, Marc Gasol had one of the best seasons of his career last year. The NBA star averaged 19.5 points, with 4.6 assists, 1.3 blocks and 6.3 rebounds across 74 games. The 32-year-old player has developed into one of NBA's best centers through the years.

Looking at the Grizzlies standpoint, they probably want to retain some of their best players. After Zach Randolph's departure, the Grizzlies made a move and re-signed Mike Conley. Gasol is also one of their best players on the team, and they would not give him up easily unless the Celtics give the Memphis Grizzlies what they want.
On the other hand, the Boston Celtics seem to be the only team that could bring a package worthy of luring Gasol from the Grizzlies. It all depends on Danny Ainge as to who would he offer in return for Gasol. Ainge has good assets to trade for Gasol, but he would not give up some of the Celtics key players.
The Celtics are trying to keep its pace in the league's "superteam" era. They are building a strong team and that leaves room for more changes. The Celtics still have their options open to acquire Marc Gasol from the Memphis Grizzlies.
