Manchester United could be set to wreck Chelsea's transfer plans for the second time in a week as they plot a $51m swoop for AS Monaco's Tiemoue Bakayoko. in England, Stoke City striker Marko Arnautovic has handed in a transfer request to leave the Potters this summer, with West Ham United interested in him, elsewhere, Arsene Wenger has insisted Alexis Sanchez has not told him he wants to leave Arsenal, and suggest the Chilean could yet sign a new contract with the Gunners, while Lugano striker Ezgjan Alioski is due to have his medical at Leeds United this week.

Here's a complete report of the latest transfer updates making the rounds:

United ready to snatch Tiemoue Bakayoko

Chelsea thought they had won the race to sign AS Monaco defensive midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, but negotiations with the Frenchman appear to have broken down. And, according to Express, this situation has now opened up the way for Manchester United to step in to potentially “steal” another player from under Chelsea's nose, just as they did over the weekend with Romelu Lukaku. It is suggested that the Red Devils are willing to pay $51million for the midfielder as José Mourinho plots a return to the top-four of the EPL this new season.

Marko Arnautovic set to leave Stoke City

Marko Arnautovic, who only signed a new four-year contract at Stoke City last year summer, is currently with the Potters in Switzerland for their pre-season training tour.

Stoke City have made no decision on the request and the 28-year-old striker was due to play against Swiss club Neuchâtel Xamax on Monday as the EPL club kick-off their preseason camp, according to Stoke Sentinel. Arnautovic was extensively linked with a move to Everton FC last year before signing his new improved contract and the Potters would be “unwilling” to have another transfer saga this time.

With the current “inflated” summer market the Austria international would be expected to command a large transfer fee should Stoke City event be “tempted” to sell.

Sanchez not ready to leave, says Wenger

Speculations have mounted over Alexis Sanchez's future at the Emirates this summer, with Sanchez contract set to expire at the end of the upcoming season.

However, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger believes the Chilean striker, who last month said he knew where he would be playing this new season, could still extend his stay at Arsenal, according to BBC Sports. Fellow EPL club Manchester City are reported to be among the Chile international admirers, but Arsene Wenger “reiterated” that he won't be prepared to sell to an arch-rival EPL club.

Alioski set to join Leeds United

Ezgjan Alioski, who scored sixteen goals in thirty-four league appearances in the Swiss league last season, has been extensively linked with a move to Leeds United in recent days. And now, according to SkySports, Leeds United have finally agreed terms with Lugano after serious talks and negotiations.

Ezgjan Alioski was apparently left out of Lugano's pre-season friendly against AC Milan and amazingly his profile has even been taken-off Lugano's official website. Lugano and Leeds United have now “reached” an agreement with the Macedonia international due in Elland Road this week to finalize his medicals.
