Is there a Warriors vs. Trail Blazers rivalry in the works

The Golden State Warriors and the Portland Trail Blazers are very familiar with each other as evident by both of these facing off in the playoffs for the previous two seasons.

Both times have resulted in the Warriors knocking out the Trail Blazers in the 2016 NBA Playoffs the Warriors beat Portland in five games in their second round matchup. While in the 2017 NBA Playoffs the Warriors swept Portland in the first round. If Portland managed to acquire the services of Carmelo Anthony, they would look to make a deep run in the playoffs as the Trail Blazers have not advanced to the Western Conference Finals since the 2000 NBA Playoffs.
