Manchester City out of favor midfielder Samir Nasri has been offered to Turkish giants Fenerbahçe S.K. Elsewhere, Premier League club Newcastle United have finally agreed to pay the $11million needed to trigger former manchester city fullback Florian Lejeune's release-clause. Juventus have opened discussions about a possible move for Southampton defender Cedric Soares. Here's a complete report of the latest transfer updates Making The Rounds:

Nasri doubtful over his future at Manchester City

Samir Nasri doesn't seem to have a future at the Etihad after being shipped out on loan to Sevilla CF for the last term.

Now another move away from England appears to be on the cards and it has been understood that the former France international could end up in Turkey. According to Goal Turkey, Fenerbahçe has been offered the Frenchman and they're currently weighing whether they can actually afford him. It's unlikely that any switch to Turkey would be permanent as his weekly wage would probably cost Fenerbahçe too much without some assistance from the Istanbul City Council. That would mean a loan contract makes the most sense, although Beşiktaş J.K and Galatasaray S.K are also considering taking the 29-year-old midfielder to Turkey.

Newcastle keen on landing Florian Lejeune

Florian Lejeune has been a high profile target for Newcastle United ever since they gained promotion back to the English Premier League.

Earlier this month, Marca had earlier speculated that the deal was already finalized with both parties settled on a transfer fee. However, that wasn't the case and the purported move is still yet to go through. But now, ChronicleLive has suggested that EPL club Newcastle United are on the verge of finalizing their swoop deal for former Manchester City defender after finally agreeing to meet his buy-out clause.

It means Florian Lejeune's return to England now looks “imminent,” with an announcement expected in the coming days.

Lejeune debut in Premier League has been a long-time coming having signed for Man City in the summer of 2015. But Lejeune was immediately loaned out to Spanish La Liga club Girona and was then sold on to Elbar last year summer where he massively impressed.

Juventus begins talks for Soares move

Cedric Soares has been a “revelation” since joining Southampton from Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon in 2015, emerging as one of the most consistent defenders in the EPL. Soares's form hasn't gone “unnoticed” on the continent and Juventus are well-aware of the 25-year-old defender progress on the south-coast of England. Now, according to Sportwitness, Juventus have made contact with the Saints about a possible summer swoop for the 25-year-old fullback. Although the talks are at an early stage, it's a clear signal of intent for Serie A champions Juventus as they attempt to add to their title-winning team. However, the German-born defender won't come cheap as his current contract does not expire until the summer of 2020.
