EPL champions Chelsea is on the verge of finalizing a $76.6m deal for Juventus defender Alex Sandro. Elsewhere, OGC Nice youngster Vincent Marcel has agreed in principle personal terms with Tottenham Hotspur. In Germany, Bayern Munich are the third European heavyweights to be linked with Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool target Ousmane Dembele this summer. Here's a complete report of the latest transfers updates Making The Rounds:

Chelsea set to finalize Sandro move

Chelsea have been chasing the left-back all summer and he's keen on heading to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Serie A giants Juventus had initially declined to consider selling the highly rated defender, who was an integral part of Juventus last term. But, according to Metro, the Blues are now putting final touches to a $76.6million swoop for the Brazilian. Alex Sandro is expected to sign a five-year deal with Chelsea Football Club.

Tottenham leads chase for Marcel

Vincent Marcel caught the attention in France last term and Nantes have been tracking the midfielder for the past few months. But, according to 'Get Football News France', Marcel has now agreed in principle to join Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. Tottenham are reportedly said to have offered the 20-year-old midfielder a five-year contract and he will now jump at the opportunity to work with Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino at the White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur now needs to agree on a fee with OGC Nice for Marcel, who still has four years on his current contract.

Ousmane Dembele wanted by European heavyweights

Ousmane Dembele only joined Borussia Dortmund twelve months ago but he's being massively linked with a $100m move away during this transfer window. Both Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are said to be very keen on landing the young French star and may be ready to stump up the “lofty” transfer fee.

And now, Bayern Munich are also keeping close tabs on the Frenchman situation and could be ready to lodge a formal bid of their own in the coming weeks. Borussia Dortmund insists they'll do everything possible to keep hold of Dembele during the summer window but may have no choice but to sell if the right offer eventually comes in.

According to Metro, Chelsea and Manchester United have also been linked with the French midfielder and were in the running to nab him when he was still at Rennes. Now one of them might decide that he is worth $100million and firm up their interest with an offer.
