UNC also had a close call in their Elite Eight game. The Tar Heels needed a last-second shot from former walk-on Luke Maye to eliminate the Kentucky Wildcats 75-73. Beyond that game, UNC was able to handle most of their competition, but now they'll have another tough task in a team that is also on a mission.

Carolina will look to their talented players including NBA prospect Justin Jackson. The junior is averaging 18.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.8 assists for the season. Joel Berry II, Kennedy Meeks, and Isaiah Hicks will be other players looking to make their impact in this crucial game.
