The Nebraska Football team could be seeing another wide receiver commitment in the coming weeks, if a recent tweet by a five-star recruit can be believed. What makes this particular tweet, by Micah Parsons particularly interesting is that it doesn't appear to be about him. Instead, it looks as though he might be giving a heads up on one of this teammates.

Parsons is being recruited by Nebraska, but so far, he's been a firm commit to Penn State. There is a teammate of his, by the name of Shaquon Anderson-Butts who could be the commit Parsons was talking about.

Lots of Nebraska football love from Anderson-Butts

Anderson-Butts has been showing Nebraska wide receivers coach Keith Williams quite a bit of love on Twitter recently. The four-star receiver recruit out of Pennsylvania has also hinted a bit about wanting to get to Lincoln ASAP.

247Sports has reported the Nebraska football team will be hosting the recruit as part of its rather large visitor class during the Spring game. One has to wonder whether or not Anderson-Butts might have told Parsons something about what is going to go down in that visit to Nebraska if the Husker coaches play their cards right. It appears the Penn State commit certainly thinks his friend and teammate might pull the trigger.

Nebraska would love to get both

Anderson-Butts would be a big enough get for the Huskers could lure him in and get him to recruit. The Spring game is going to be the biggest weekend for recruiting in 2017 by far. Nebraska recently received some bad news in the commitment of Colson Yankoff to Washington and hauling in another four-star wide receiver would certainly blunt that pain.

While Parsons is still committed to Penn State, it's clear some other schools believe he might be someone that can be stolen. Clemson recently offered the defensive end a scholarship. Having Anderson-Butts in the fold could be a solid way to try and go after his teammate as well. For now, the Nebraska football team will focus on the wide receiver and hope for the best.
