Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney were once expecting their third child, the fourth for Bookout, but sadly, as she reveals on next week's new episode of "Teen Mom OG" Season 7, she lost the child. While the public was unaware of Bookout's fourth pregnancy at the time, the mother of three decided to share the news publicly while filming the seventh season of the show -- much to her partner's dismay.

In a video sneak peek at Monday night's show (Jan. 22), Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney are seen sitting down for dinner when Bookout begins a conversation about whether or not they should have more children.

As "Teen Mom OG" fans likely know, Bookout and McKinney share two kids, two-year-old Jayde Carter McKinney and one-year-old Maverick Reed McKinney.

Does Taylor McKinney want more kids?

“I love kids, I wouldn’t be mad about it,” Taylor McKinney says of the possibility of explaining their family. However, according to Maci Bookout, she doesn't want to have any more children naturally. Instead, she prefers to adopt a child and her husband seems on board with the idea of welcoming a child aged four to six-year-old into their home.

Bookout, who also shares a nine-year-old son with ex-boyfriend Ryan Edwards, said that while she is open reconsidering the idea of having a child naturally if Taylor McKinney absolutely insists, she wants to adopt no matter what.

Bookout then dropped the bomb on the daughter they lost.

“You’re forgetting something,” the longtime reality star pointed out. Then, when "Teen Mom OG" producers asked Bookout what she was referring to, she revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage after becoming pregnant with a Baby Girl.

“Her name is Dande. Dandelion," Bookout said.

“I don’t want to talk about it,” Taylor McKinney replies. But Maci Bookout thinks that it is important that she and her husband have a conversation about their loss with cameras rolling for the sake of their audience and the struggles they've gone through. Still, McKinney is against the conversation and says they should talk to their parents first.
