Lala Kent visited E!'s "The Daily Pop" on Tuesday, January 16, and addressed the recent rumors regarding her relationship with boyfriend Randall Emmett. As some may have noticed, Kent has been wearing a diamond band on her engagement finger in nearly all of her social media posts in recent months, which has convinced many that the "Vanderpump Rules" star may be engaged to her movie producer boyfriend.

Speaking to the hosts of "The Daily Pop," Nina Parker and Morgan Stewart, on January 16, Lala Kent said that Randall Emmett gave her the ring in question about three months into their relationship, in May 2016.

She then confirmed that the ring is definitely not an engagement ring. Instead, she and Emmett have been calling it the "ring before the ring" and noted that the item symbolizes that they are "committed to each other."

Randall Emmett's divorce was finalized last month

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett began dating in February 2016 but chose to keep their relationship to themselves until Emmett got a divorce from Ambyr Childers. Last month, Page Six confirmed that Emmett's split from Childers had been finalized on December 22, 2017. The outlet also revealed that while Emmett had separated from Childers in April 2015, his separation request was dismissed in May 2016, around the time Kent said he gave her the ring.

Ambyr Childers was ultimately the one to pull the plug on her marriage to Randall Emmett and did so in January 2017 after rumors claiming Lala Kent was dating a married man began airing on the fifth season of "Vanderpump Rules."

Lala Kent denied dating a married man

While Randall Emmett was married to the mother of his two children, London and Rylee, up until last month, Lala Kent has continued to deny that her boyfriend was a married man.

She's also stated on many occasions that she did not steal Emmett from anyone.

Kent kept her romance with the movie producer to herself for nearly two years before confirming he was her boyfriend on New Year's Day. As fans may have seen on Instagram, Kent posted an image of the two of them celebrating the holidays together as he planted a kiss on her cheek.
