"Days of our Lives" spoilers suggest that one fan favorite actor could be coming back to the NBC soap opera. Fans went into a frenzy after actor Kyle Lowder was spotted on the "DOOL" set, and now everyone wants to know if Lowder will return to the show. As many fans may remember, Kyle Lowder previously played the role of Brady Black. During Lowder's run as Brady, he brought the drama to Salem and romanced Chloe Lane. Although the actor hasn't been seen on the soap since 2005, now could be the time for him to return.

Is the original Brady Black coming back to Salem?

According to the latest "Days of our Lives" news and spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry, Kyle Lowder recently posted a photo of himself on the "DOOL" set via his social media account. This photo sparked rumors that Lowder may be returning to the soap opera, but if he did return, it would likely have to be in a different role. As fans already know, the role of Brady Black has been played by fan-favorite actor Eric Martsolf for years, and viewers absolutely love him in the role. However, if Kyle Lowder did want to return, he could always come back to Salem as a brand new character.

When 'DOOL' actors return to play new characters

As many longtime "Days Of Our Lives" viewers know, the soap opera has recast many characters, and sometimes they even bring back former actors to play new characters.

In the past, actor Josh Taylor, who currently plays Roman Brady, played the role of Chris Kositchek. Wayne Northrop, the original Roman Brady also returned to the show to play the character of Dr. Alex North. Meanwhile, actress Tamara Braun originally played the character of Ava Vitali, and then returned to play Nicole Walker's sister, Taylor Walker.

Most recently she came back to Salem as Ava before she was killed by Joey Johnson. If Kyle Lowder were to return, he would likely be playing a brand new character. However, there is no confirmation that Lowder wants to rejoin the show. In fact, he may have been at the "DOOL" studio for a meeting with producer Ken Corday, whom he now works with on the Amazon series, "Ladies Of The Lake."

One character is confirmed to return

While it is currently unclear whether or not Kyle Lowder will return to "Days of our Lives," fans can expect to see one character return in the near future.

Actress Jen Lilley will be back as Theresa Donovan this spring. Theresa has been gone from Salem for over a year, and viewers have been begging her to return. Of course, her homecoming will come with major drama, so viewers should tune in weekday afternoons on NBC to see how it all plays out.
