"Teen Mom OG" star Catelynn Lowell is filming her rehab experience for MTV cameras. The reality star recently shocked fans when she revealed that she would be going to rehab due to depression issues and suicidal thoughts. Catelynn revealed via her social media that she knew she needed professional help after she spent an entire day thinking of ways that she could take her own life. Lowell returned from rehab to spend the holidays with her husband, Tyler Baltierra, and daughter Nova, but announced in January that she should would be headed back to treatment.

MTV pays for rehab, but there's a catch

Catelynn Lowell told "Teen Mom OG" fans via Twitter and Instagram that she has decided to return to rehab for the third time to work on her trauma issues. Sources tell The Ashley's Reality Roundup that MTV pays for Catelynn to go to rehab under the condition that they are allowed to film the experience as they see fit. So, it seems that viewers will be seeing Lowell while she is in treatment and working on all of her issues.

The source also added that Catelynn Lowell's Arizona rehab costs $50,000 every time she enters the treatment facility, so cameras will certainly be rolling and getting all of the footage they can to air on upcoming episodes of the reality show.

The insider says that fans should expect to see "plenty" of footage of Catelynn in rehab.

Meanwhile, Lowell's husband, Tyler Baltierra, will be seen back home in Michigan as he pulls full-time daddy duty to their 3-year-old daughter, Nova. The "Teen Mom OG" dad sparked rumors about marriage troubles between him and Catelynn over the weekend by writing a cryptic tweet revealing that he didn't know if he could continue to "do this" anymore.

Fans immediately began wondering if the stress of Catelynn's rehab stays as well as his single dad duties were causing him stress, even though his mother and Catelynn's mother are likely there to help him along the way.

Other 'Teen Mom' stars have also been to treatment

Of course, Catelynn Lowell isn't the first "Teen Mom" star to enter rehab.

Her co-stars Amber Portwood and Ryan Edwards have been spent time in treatment for drug abuse issues, while "Teen Mom 2" personalities Jenelle Evans and Leah Messer have also completed rehab stints for things such as emotional issues and drug addiction. Fans are rooting for Lowell during her journey to health and happiness and will be looking forward to seeing her road to recovery on upcoming episodes of the MTV reality show.
