Even viewers who aren't a fan of Vicki Gunvalson likely can't imagine "The Real Housewives of Orange County" without her.

After all, she has been featured on the show in a full-time role since it began in 2007. She's also been seen in a number of different relationships, including her latest romance with boyfriend Steve Lodge.

When fans first met Vicki Gunvalson on the Bravo TV reality series, she was married to Donn Gunvalson, and years later, they renewed their vows.

Unfortunately, in the years that followed, Gunvalson and her now-ex-husband parted ways and she began dating the controversial Brooks Ayers, who was accused of lying about a cancer diagnosis.
