Stassi Schroeder and patrick meagher have been known to be on and off but after the couple called it quits after four years of dating in August, the "Vanderpump Rules" star was admittedly left in "shock." According to a new interview, the reality star and podcast host recently opened up about the split, revealing that despite the unhealthy pattern of their past romance, she didn't see their latest split coming.

“This time was, to me, a shock. Like the real, full breakup,” Stassi Schroeder told Us Weekly magazine on December 11. Schroeder went on to reveal that it took her a "few months" to process the breakup but these days, she and Patrick Meagher are back on good terms.

In August, as the "Vanderpump Rules" star prepared to celebrate what would have been her four year anniversary with Patrick Meagher, Schroeder learned that Meagher hadn't actually got her a thing. So, instead of a happy celebration, Schroeder and Meagher were involved in a fight that ultimately ended their relationship. Days later, Schroeder boarded a plane and headed to Mexico with her friend, Rachael O'Brien, for a romantic vacation she had planned to go on with Meagher.

Months after Stassi Schroeder's split was announced, the trailer for the sixth season of "Vanderpump Rules" hit the web and in the trailer, she was seen in the midst of her romance with Patrick Meagher for the very first time.

And while the scenes will likely be quite difficult for Schroeder to watch back, she and her former boyfriend are now in a good place.

According to Stassi Schroeder, she has nothing but good things to say about her former boyfriend. However, when it comes to giving their relationship another try, there doesn't appear to be any such plans in place.

Instead, Schroeder has reportedly realized that after giving her relationship so many chances, she and Meagher simply aren't meant to be together. Following her split from Meagher, Schroeder has been dating on and off but is not currently involved in a serious relationship with anyone.
