Everything Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard do seems to start a war, and now even Baby Sam is causing a ruckus. After Derick's eviction from the Duggar family Reality TV show "Counting On" over Twitter rants, his "19 Kids and Counting" celebrity wife showed off her child and fans exploded. What was it about little Samuel Scott that so divided folks?

Duggar baby starts trouble

Jill Dillard shared a cute pic of herself on Instagram holding her child in a sling. It's one of the rare photos folks have seen of the newest "Counting On" tot. Michelle Duggar hasn't showed him off on the Duggars' Facebook page as she does the other "19 Kids and Counting" kids' kids.

A lot of reality television followers loved the pic but a few picked it apart. They begged Jim Bob Duggar's daughter not to follow in her dad's mega-procreating footsteps. These folks were told to mind their own beeswax and that it was the Dillards' business. Critics responded that the Duggars make it everyone's business, being on TLC every week and social media everywhere.

Jill Duggar pierced what?

The biggest issue with the "19 Kids and Counting" star's Instagram wasn't the baby though. The Duggar Family's Thanksgiving photos showed Jill Dillard with what appeared to be a nose ring. Reality TV fans debated it but Dillard's pic proved she had in fact pierced the nose. This wouldn't be news except that the "Counting On" Celebrities preach modesty and live a very strict code of unworldliness.

Jessa Duggar Seewald teaches classes on Godly attire. Jana Duggar still lives at home and subject to her parents at nearly 30. The Duggar girls all wear dresses, except for Jinger Duggar Vuolo who has dropped her skirt for skinny jeans. Actually Jill wore pants for the first time recently, too.

Derick Dillard's downfall

If critics of the "19 Kids and Counting" reality television got schadenfreude over Jeremy Vuolo's tattoo, a pierced Duggar girl was manna from heaven.

But the most outrageous Dillard family member continues to be Derick Dillard. He got he and his family booted from "Counting On" for heckling transgender teen Jazz Jennings of TLC "I Am Jazz." Derick feels he is a missionary (even though he's untrained and not sponsored) and his job is to, among other things, bring wayward LGBT folks to conversion.

The ex-reality show celebrity is currently hosting a GoFundMe--not too successfully--to fund Bible training. His previous Pure Charity fundraiser got pulled for being a scam.

Who's the most drama-causing Duggar?

Derick was persona non grata at the wedding of Joe Duggar and Kendra Caldwell. Among the Duggars, Derick is even less popular than Josh Duggar, who ended "19 Kids and Counting" with an epic scandal of pedophilia and adultery. The persons most speculated about however, are Joy-Anna Duggar and her husband Austin Forsyth, who bumped up their marriage and announced pregnancy immediately. "Counting On" fans suspect that they got pregnant out of wedlock as her baby bump is so big.
