Farrah Abraham has reportedly made it official that she will not be included in any upcoming seasons of "Teen Mom OG." After confusing fans online by first saying she was fired and later claiming she wasn't, Abraham spoke to Us Weekly magazine, revealing that she is currently doing her best to maintain a professional demeanor as she completes her run with MTV.

“I am making the right choices and I am here to finish up the filming of the season," Farrah Abraham explained to Us Weekly magazine, via a report by Wetpaint Entertainment on December 18.

The reality star went on to reveal that she found it sad that MTV decided to fire her and care only about the storyline on "Teen Mom OG."

Farrah Abraham first took her daughter away from MTV cameras

According to Wetpaint Entertainment's report on Monday, Farrah Abraham first removed her daughter, eight-year-old Sophia Abraham, from the show, and now, she's removing herself from "Teen Mom OG," officially. As the outlet explained, Abraham's decision to quit her role on "Teen Mom OG" comes about two months after the former reality star told her online audience that she had been fired for tending to adult promotions and other activities that many other adults do in private. As fans will recall, Abraham then told her fans and followers that she had not been fired, nor had she breached her contract with Viacom, who owns MTV.

What is next for Farrah Abraham?

“A lot of shows... I would say bigger networks, different endeavors and scripted," Farrah Abraham explained. The reality star, who has been involved in an on-and-off romance with Simon Saran for the past few years, then said that it was sad that she was being forced to close this chapter of her life.

However, despite the less-than-ideal circumstances, Abraham said she hoped to end her run on the MTV reality series in a good place. “The main reason I was on the show in the first place was because of my daughter," she continued. "[Sophia] was born into the show, so I always wanted her to be on there.“ Abraham and her daughter first starred on "16 & Pregnant" during the time Abraham was expecting.
