Erika Jayne sat down for an interview with Paper magazine recently to promote the new season of "The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills." The singer joined the cast back in Season 6 and has learned a few things about what not to do while filming with these ladies.

Some unsolicited advice

The reality star gave some unsolicited advice to any future Bravo housewives out there, which was: "Shut up. Shut the f*** up about things you weren't there for."

She warned women who may go on to star in the "Real Housewives" franchise about not speaking about scandalous situations that they did not witness themselves.

She further clarified by saying that "you don't know anybody." As there are always multiple sides to a story, she has learned that it is best to just keep her mouth shut when it comes to conversations or circumstances she wasn't around for.

Erika, whose real name is Erika Girardi, also claimed that if any housewife did "got out on a limb" to say something she shouldn't, none of the other ladies would "save you."

A scandalous new season

The new season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" is set to premiere on Bravo next week on December 19 at 9/c. This is the eighth season of the Beverly Hills franchise and Erika Jayne has now been a part of the cast for the last two seasons.

The new season promises lots of glamour, parties, and of course, drama.

Friendships are tested and sides are taken. Best buds Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards appear to get into a spat with each other, while Dorit Kemsley stands there with her mouth wide open in shock.

Erika Jayne and Dorit actually seem to get along this season, which, if you watched Season 7, did not seem likely at all.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" alum Camille Grammer will return to the group this year, while newcomer Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave will join the ladies for the first time on Bravo.

Teddi immediately fell into some drama so it will be interesting to see how she handles it. In the preview, the new housewife can be seen saying that she was "not going to back down" when she know's that she is right and that "some of these women make it very hard to just feel at ease."

At one point, she refers to Lisa Rinna as a "schizophrenic" and Dorit even ends up calling Teddi a "psycho."

Erika broke it down by saying, "This whole thing boils down to three b****** that are competitive over friendship."
