Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus are facing rumors of a potential split after seemingly spending the holidays apart. Following a couple of Christmas celebrations that appeared to take place in different states, rumors are swirling in regards to the end of the "Teen Mom 2" couple's relationship.
On December 26, In Touch Weekly magazine revealed that fans have recently taken notice of Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus' latest outings, noting that the majority of their recent sightings have not been with one another. Instead, the couple appears to be spending time apart as they focus on themselves and their families.
The "Teen Mom 2" couple first confirmed they were dating with a series of Instagram posts in October 2017. A short time later, they embarked on a number of vacations with one another before seemingly going their separate ways as they prepared for the recent holidays.
What did Javi and Briana share on social media over the holidays?
As In Touch Weekly magazine revealed, Javi Marroquin shared a number of images of himself in recent weeks, including a photograph of himself and his son, four-year-old Lincoln, whose mother is his former wife, Kailyn Lowry. As for Briana DeJesus, she posted images of her two daughters, Stella and Nova, enjoying Christmas with her fans and followers. “Merry Christmas from the Marroquin boys,” Javi Marroquin wrote to his online audience in the caption of his Instagram photo.
Meanwhile, Briana DeJesus simply wished her fans happy holidays.
After their photos were shared, fans immediately began confronting the "Teen Mom 2" couple with questions about their relationship status. Others blatantly asked Briana DeJesus where her "boys" were, giving a nod to Javi Marroquin and his son, who frequently spent time with the girls during their relationship.
Briana DeJesus recently teased a pregnancy
According to the magazine's report, the potential split between the reality stars comes just after Briana DeJesus sparked rumors of a possible pregnancy. Although DeJesus doesn't appear to be pregnant with Javi Marroquin's child at this point, she did say "not yet" when a fan asked her about the rumors, which seemed to suggest that she was open to starting a family with her boyfriend.
New episodes of "Teen Mom 2" are expected to return to MTV sometime next year. However, no premiere date for the upcoming installment has been set quite yet.
