Months ago spoiler alerts for "The Bold and the Beautiful" indicated that Liam's wife would cheat on him with his father. They went on to tease that Steffy would become pregnant and not know who was the baby daddy. This was back when Bill Spencer's son first took control of his company. It was implied that Bill would seek revenge on his son but suddenly the script was flipped. Steffy helped to mend fences between father and son and things appeared to be headed in a good direction for them all. On Wednesday, however, a vulnerable Steffy confided in her father in law that she was devastated that her husband kissed Sally Spectra.
One thing led to another and the two of them ended up in bed together.
Bill and Steffy are shameful
"The Bold and the Beautiful" only has a handful of characters and rarely introduces any new ones. Over the years most everyone on the show has been to bed with or married someone that has also been intimate with a family member. Years ago Steffy and Bill had an affair, and she has now been married to both his sons Wyatt and Liam. Now she is back with Dollar Bill while he is her father in law and most viewers consider this to be shameful.
Steffy was horrified that her husband simply kissed another woman and now she has done the unthinkable. Bill and his daughter in law should never have crossed that line.
Now that the spoiler alerts have been shown accurate, disgusted fans will have to wait and see if the rest of the storyline pans out and if Liam's wife will be pregnant with her father in law's child. Whether she is or is not, the truth will have to come out and everyone will know about the shameful behavior and how low Dollar Bill is willing to sink to have his way.
The Bold and the Beautiful can do better
"The Bold and the Beautiful" writers are certainly able to come up with better storylines than the same people betraying their family members with illicit relationships. Unfortunately, spoiler alerts do not indicate this in the near future. There is going to be heartbreak in store for the Forresters, Logans, and Spencers and it, unfortunately, revolves around their incestuous relationships.
In addition to Bill and Steffy's one night being exposed, there is also the matter of Wyatt and Katie's secret rendezvous. Even though he has committed adultery with his son's wife, Bill will be livid to find out that his other son is dating one of his ex-wives.
