Tamar Braxton filed for divorce in October from her husband and manager, Vincent Herbert. They have been married for nine years and have a four-year-old son named Logan Vincent Herbert. Rumors have been going on about their troubled marriage for a long time, but Tamar said none of the rumors were true. Now she is speaking out for the first time and is telling her side about her failed second marriage.

Tamar's divorce

Court documents indicate that Tamar is the one who filed for the divorce in October even though she had already moved out of the house she and Vince shared.

The singer cited “irreconcilable differences” without giving any details at the time.

The 40-year-old singer posted a long explanation on her Instagram page admitting that while she recently dropped a new album and has a new season of her reality show premiering on Thursday, November 9, her marital issues are very real and have nothing to do with her singing or her starring on a show or any job.

She said more than once in her post that she has been in a broken relationship for a long time, and she stayed to give the impression everything was fine. She admitted that she tried to keep the marriage together for her family, but there is no hope, faith or love in her marriage any longer.

In the past, the reality star denied that Vince cheated on her.

Now, she said she knows he had not one girlfriend but he had many girlfriends, and he has done some unsavory things.

Tamar's reality shows

In the meantime,"Tamar & Vince" reality show will air its final season. The series was filmed while the couple was still together. Even though they are divorcing, perhaps fans will still love to see them in their final moments as a married couple.

Tamar is upset with her mother, Evelyn, because she spoke out about her divorce from Vincent. It is strange that Tamar would become angry with her mother because the comment Evelyn made to TMZ was in her daughter's defense. Last weekend, Tamar skipped shooting the long-running WEtv show, "Braxton Family Values" because she didn't want to be near her mother.

Perhaps, this is temporary and she will return in other episodes.

Evelyn told TMZ that she wants Vince to keep his hands off of her daughter before he hurts or kills her. She added that she thinks her son-in-law needs counseling. Evelyn was referring to the physical altercation Tamar and Vince had last March even though at the time Tamar disputed the rumors that they had been fighting in a hotel room in Atlanta. The police were called, and Tamar ended up having to get stitches in her hand that Vince had bitten. It seems like this is going to be another bitter celebrity divorce.
