The Duggar Family is always the target of rumors and speculation. This time though, the gossip spinning around could mean good news. Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard have been dodging controversy left and right. From their mission work in El Salvador to her complicated home birth and parenting techniques, this couple can't catch a break. They welcomed their second son five months ago and now, there is speculation Jill Duggar may be pregnant again.

Is Jill expecting again?

According to the Hollywood Gossip, Jill Duggar looked pregnant in a photo that was recently shared by the Duggar family Facebook page.

She is seen carrying a little weight in her midsection. This could be the extra baby weight that hasn't been worked off yet. She had a second c-section birth, which also plays a part in weight loss and midsection frump. There are rules the couples must follow after giving birth before they can resume their private time together. The wait time has passed and the couple could be expecting their third child.

Both Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard have discussed having more children. She will have to be careful though, especially since both of her births have resulted in surgery. Eventually, the doctors may advise her to stop having children. They have not ruled out adoption, but they haven't been as vocal about it as Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald have.

If Jill Duggar is pregnant, she will be the second daughter to have a baby due in 2018. Joy-Anna Duggar is due with her first child later this winter. It is rumored to be a honeymoon baby, and the timing fits right in.

Right now, Joy-Anna Duggar is the only confirmed delivery happening in 2018. There is still plenty of time for the other siblings to get in on the action.

Jill Duggar could easily be around three months pregnant, but it is likely she is newly pregnant if at all. The announcements happen pretty quickly when the Duggars are involved. Anna Duggar, Josh Duggar's wife, just welcomed her fifth child a few months ago. The two could welcome another child in 2018 as well. Then, there is Jessa Duggar.

She could easily become pregnant in the coming months. Her second child born earlier this year. It is unclear if they are going to continue having their own children, or if they are planning to adopt one.

If Jill Duggar is pregnant, the announcement will likely be made via People magazine as they have in the past. Could another Dillard boy be on the way?
