On "The Young and the Restless," after Dina returned to Genoa City, her behavior caused Ashley to wonder if she had a hidden health issue. She clung to Graham and kept him by her side as if she could not make a move without him. Spoiler alerts from Celeb Dirty Laundry indicate that Ashley had a good reason to be concerned about her mother. This week it will be revealed that Ms. Mergeron indeed has a secret she has been keeping about her health. Jack, Traci, and Ashley will find out that their mother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. This will be difficult for the Abbott children to hear, especially since Graham has taken their mom off to parts unknown.

Graham's strange relationship with Dina Mergeron

Dina came to Genoa City with Graham glued to her side but never explained their relationship. He seemed to genuinely care for her even as he displayed animosity toward her children. Ms. Mergeron left the bulk of her estate to Mr. Bloodworth and gave him her medical power of attorney. He has abused his privileges to keep Jack, Ashley, and Traci away from their mom after she suffered a stroke. On Friday Graham removed his companion from the hospital and took her away on a plane to parts unknown.

It was recently revealed that Graham's mother was angry because her husband left her for Dina. She encouraged her son to target Ms. Mergeron to get revenge.

Along the way, however, Mr. Bloodworth truly began to care for the woman who became his constant companion. When the truth came out that he and Ashley were step-siblings, and Graham's evil plans were exposed, he continued to believe that he and Dina should remain together.

The Abbott children are desperate to find Dina

Spoilers say the Abbott children are desperately searching for their mother and believe Graham may have taken her back to Paris.

When they find out she has Alzheimer's disease this will really trouble Jack, Ashley, and Traci. Graham believes he is always a step ahead of these siblings, but he has no idea of the resources they possess. All will be done to bring Dina back to Genoa City so her family can care for her.

Once Dina's illness is revealed and she is found, her children may be able to say she left Graham as her major beneficiary under duress.

If they can prove that he knew in advance of her declining mental status they may be able to overturn her will and leave Graham penniless. Stay tuned weekday afternoons at 12:30 p.m. on CBS for more episodes of "The Young and the Restless."
